Step 1: With wet hair apply 10ml of the Excellence Thermic Oil (5 ml for short hair) and spread uniformly. Apply heat for 10-15 minutes, for more effective use let sit without heat for 15-20 minutes as well, then rinse with water and dry.

Step 2: Apply 3 ml of the Excellence Thermic Oil on hand. Add a similar amount of water on the palm. Mix and apply evenly on dry hair. Repeat the process until 10 ml (5 ml for short hair) is used. Apply heat for 10-15 minutes, for more effective use let sit without heat for 15-20 minutes as well, then rinse with water and dry.
